Resep kulit kebab

Untuk yang suka roti kebab, nich cara bikin kulit/rotinya

klo isinya experimen aja sendiri ;)

Bahan-bahan Gram

1. Tepung Terigu 550 gr
2. Garam 10 gr
3. Yeast 10 gr
4. Air Es 350 ml
5. Olive Oil 10 gr

Cara membuat :

• Aduk semua bahan dengan speed I selama 2 menit. Setelah itu pindahkan ke speed II
selama 10 menit sampai kalis.
• Diamkan adonan (fermentasi) selama 5 menit.
• Potong dan timbang 50 gr, dan diamkan kembali selama 10 menit.
• Rool adonan dengan ketebalan 5mm berbentuk bundar.
• Diamkan kembali adonan selama kurang lebih 1 menit.
• Panggang diatas loyang dengan suhu 220°C selama kurang lebih 2 menit.

Filling:
• Mayoinaise
• Saos Tomat & Sambal
• Smoked Beef
• Selada
• Irisan Tomat
